How to Log Drop Sets and Rest-Pause Sets

Doing drop sets or rest-pause sets? Tap any set number to turn it into an intensity set. TwoLift groups them together cleanly with a colored side stripe so you can tell them apart from normal sets.

How to do it

1

Tap the Set Number

On any set row (Set 1, 2, or 3), tap directly on the small circle with the set number on the left side.

2

Pick Your Set Type

A simple menu will appear with three choices: • Standard Set: Your regular working set. • Drop Set (D): You finished your set, immediately dropped to a lighter weight, and kept lifting with no rest (marked with an orange stripe). • Rest-Pause (RP): You paused for just 15 seconds at the same weight and squeezed out a few extra reps (marked with a white stripe).

3

Log Your Lighter Weight and Reps

Type in the weight you dropped to and the reps you performed. The set neatly attaches right under your main set so your screen stays organized.

Good to Know

  • Personal Record Protection: Because drop sets use lighter weight, the app knows not to count them as a failed personal record. Your all-time records stay accurate.
  • You can switch any intensity set back to a normal set at any time by tapping the set circle and picking "Standard Set".
