How to Pair Exercises into a Superset
A superset is when you do two exercises back-to-back with little or no rest in between (like bicep curls followed immediately by tricep pushdowns). TwoLift boxes them together so they are easy to follow.
How to do it
1
Tap the Exercise Menu
While editing a routine or during a workout, tap the three dots (⋮) on the exercise you want to pair.
2
Select Superset
Tap "🔗 Superset" and choose: • "Superset with Previous": Pairs with the exercise right above it. • "Superset with Next": Pairs with the exercise right below it.
3
Perform Them Together
Both exercises will now sit inside a shared card labeled "SUPERSET". You can easily bounce between Exercise 1 and Exercise 2 as you lift.
4
How to Unpair
If you change your mind, tap the three dots (⋮) on either exercise and tap "Detach from superset".
Good to Know
- You can pair exercises permanently when creating a program, or pair them temporarily in the gym if you decide to superset on the fly.
- Supersets are great for saving time in crowded gyms by pairing muscles that don’t interfere with each other (like chest and back, or biceps and triceps).
