Can I Use TwoLift Solo (and Add a Partner Later)?
Yes! You can use TwoLift entirely on your own. All of your workout tracking, routine creation, and personalized coaching work perfectly with or without a partner.
How to do it
1
Choose to Train Solo
When you first set up the app and it asks to link a partner, simply tap "Train Solo for Now". You will go straight to your personal workout dashboard.
2
Track Your Own Workouts
Use the app normally—you can log your weights, create routines, and track your workout history entirely on your own.
3
Add a Partner Whenever You Want
Where in the app: Settings ➔ Partner Preferences ➔ Link with Partner
Whenever a friend or workout buddy wants to join, go to Settings, tap "Partner Preferences", and tap "Link with Partner". All of your past workouts and personal records carry over automatically.
Good to Know
- You will never lose any of your workout history when you switch between solo and partner modes.
- You can train solo for as long as you want; there is no time limit or requirement to ever link a partner.
