How to Import a Program from a Photo, PDF, or Spreadsheet

You don’t have to type in your workouts by hand. You can snap a photo of a whiteboard, take a picture of your notebook, or upload a PDF, and TwoLift will read it and build your routine for you.

How to do it

1

Open the Program Importer

Where in the app: Programs ➔ + New Program ➔ Import Program

Tap Programs at the bottom of your screen, tap "+ New Program", and choose "Import Program".

2

Choose What to Upload

Select your format: • Take or Upload Photos: Snap photos of a gym whiteboard, a handwritten notebook, or a screenshot on your phone. • Upload a File: Select a PDF or spreadsheet workout sheet saved on your phone. • Paste Text: Copy and paste workout notes from an email or notes app.

3

Let the App Read Your Routine

TwoLift reads the exercises, sets, and rep targets in just a few seconds and matches them with exercises in the app.

4

Review and Confirm

Look over the detected routine on your screen. You can change any exercise or adjust rep numbers if needed, then tap "Save Program".

Good to Know

  • For photos, make sure there is good lighting and that exercise names and numbers are easy to read.
  • If you have an unusual or specialized exercise, TwoLift will still save it and figure out which muscles it works.
